Please read our ASW Terms of Sale before submitting an order. To place your order, please fill out this form in full, following these six quick and easy steps:

1. Fill out your personal information. Use the "Tab" key to move forward from one field to another and the "Shift-Tab" keys to move backwards. If you are concerned about the privacy of information submitted on this order form, please read our Policy Statement on Privacy.

2. Enter your order. Please include maker, model/size/wood choice, and price for each instrument and composer, title, order number, and price for each sheet music item. We cannot fill your order without complete information. Please also note that, as per our ASW Terms of Sale, our minimum order total is $25.00 exclusive of shipping.

3. Indicate your shipping preference by clicking the appropriate radio button.

4. Indicate your preferred method of payment by clicking the corresponding radio button.

5. Use the message box supplied for any additional comments, or specific instructions for billing, customizing, or shipping your order.

6. Click on the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of the page when finished. You will receive an immediate detailed confirmation of your order which may be printed out for your records. Use the "Back" button in the upper left corner of your browser to return to our WWW site from the confirmation page.

Shipping Instructions

1. We pay for all packing, shipping and insurance costs on domestic orders over $250.00. We use UPS Ground Service within the 48 contiguous states. We can also ship via USPS or Fedex at the customer's expense if desired. Orders shipped via UPS will automatically receive shipping, tracking, and delivery information via E-mail at no additional charge.

2. All domestic orders less than $250.00 and all international orders and institutional purchase orders will be charged for packing and shipping at our actual cost plus a $2.00 packing fee. We do not mark up shipping costs or add bogus handling charges as do many other Internet businesses. We charge you exactly what UPS charges us.

3. We also offer various air shipping options via UPS, Federal Express, and the U. S. Postal Service at cost and recommend that you ask us to use these expedited services for valuable and/or fragile items to minimize risk of damage during shipment, especially during extremely warm or cold weather.

4. Within each shipping category, options are listed from the most to the least expensive. Please indicate your preferred shipping method below.


Payment Method

Your order will be invoiced, prepared for delivery, and shipped as soon as we receive your payment. Please indicate below your preferred method of payment. If you select credit card, please indicate whether you will call in, fax, or mail your credit card number and expiration date to us. We now accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and American Express credit cards.

For additional information about placing your order, please read How to Place Your Order. Please note: we ask that all orders for plastic recorders, accessories, or sheet music be placed using our ASW Order Form. This will enable us to process and fill your order much more quickly and efficiently. Because of the great volume of orders for our custom-tuned plastic recorders, we are not able to accept telephone orders for these items and ask for your cooperation and consideration of our other customers in this regard.

Please read ASW Terms of Sale and Scooter's Shipping Suggestions before you ship any instrument to us for resale, return, repair, or replacement. All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and we cannot be responsible for their safety or return shipping.
